Purchase history in. Approved, personal follow-ups out.

RetailPilot takes one follow-up campaign end to end for independent retailers: a customer purchase is captured from your POS and CRM, a follow-up email is drafted only from that customer's actual purchase history, and deterministic validation and consent gates run before a named staff member approves anything. A customer without email consent can never be emailed — the consent gate blocks by name — and nothing sends without explicit human approval.

$1,000 fixed RetailPilot Pilot — one follow-up campaign taken end to end for you: POS/CRM intake, purchase-history drafting, consent and validation gates, approval queue, and email send, live in about 10 business days. You approve every email from your phone; nothing sends without your explicit human approval.
Then $149/mo per store. Cancel anytime.

1. POS / CRM intakeA customer purchase is captured from the till or online store (mock POS and a mock CRM in this demo; your real POS/CRM at pilot).
2. Purchase-history draftA follow-up email is drafted only from that customer's actual purchases — items, dates, spend (mock LLM in this demo).
3. Validation & consent gateRequired fields, email presence, and opt-in consent are checked; incomplete, non-consented, or duplicate drafts are blocked by name (mock consent store in this demo).
4. Human approvalA named staff approver reviews the draft and the purchase evidence. Nothing sends without explicit human approval.
5. Email sendOnly an approved, consented draft sends (mock email in this demo) with a MSG-MOCK id, joining the outbox and audit trail.

SAMPLE DATA The stores, customers, purchases, and drafts below are sample data, honestly labelled, so you can see the whole journey end to end. Intake here is a mock POS adapter and a mock CRM adapter, drafting is a mock LLM adapter, consent is a mock consent store, and sending is a mock email adapter — no real purchase, draft, or email happens, and no data leaves this page.

Email outbox & sent follow-ups SAMPLE

Sent follow-ups (MSG-MOCK ids) appear here — for this tenant only.

Follow-up rules

Required fields (customer name, email, purchase history) must be present, the customer must have opted in to email, and the same customer can never receive the same campaign twice. Incomplete, non-consented, or duplicate drafts are blocked by name — the failing rule is stated, never worked around. A named human approves every email; the audit trail shows who approved what, and when.

Audit trail

RetailPilot ready. Every intake, draft, classification, block, approval, and send is logged here — for this tenant only.

Support & legal

Support: pilot teams get email support and a shared issue log; follow-up rules and consent handling are reviewed with you weekly during the pilot. RetailPilot prepares follow-up drafts for human approval — it does not send marketing email itself, does not provide legal advice on consent or privacy law, and does not replace your store's judgment; a named approver remains responsible for every send, and you must hold a lawful basis and opt-in for each customer you email. This demo stores data only in your browser; pilot deployments add real accounts, encrypted credentials, server-side tenant separation, and buyer POS/CRM access under your credentials before any real customer is contacted. Sample data is fictional. Billing is not connected.

Next step: run the demo, then request a pilot via the contact step on this page — we confirm scope, campaign, and price before any charge.
